Your membership is non-transferable. Your benefits are available only to you and your immediate family. “Immediate family" means you, your spouse or partner and your children living in your home who are permanent residents and at least 18 years old. There is a limit of one membership per household. In addition, membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high-volume/reseller order, at our sole discretion, will not be eligible for membership benefits.

Once received, we will verify and process your claims and mail you a check the month following the month of your purchase. Rebates must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
As a member, you also receive 5% cash back and up to $10 in shipping & handling rebates when you shop at any of our Marketplace Retailers, including grocery retailers. This 5% cash back is based on your order amount (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes). You can earn up to $1,000 cash back and up to $500 in shipping & handling rebates every membership year by shopping through the Marketplace!
For an online purchase to qualify for 5% cash back, you must shop through the links provided in on the “Marketplace” page of the Starcrest VIP Rewards website. To get to the Marketplace section, log in to the StarcrestVIPRewards.com website, click "Shop" from the navigation menu, and click "Shop Marketplace” from the drop-down. By shopping through these links, cash back will automatically be applied to your Savings page and a cash back check will be mailed to you the following month. If you did not shop through the links at StarcrestVIPRewards.com, you can submit a cash back rebate claim online by visiting the “Rebates” page.
For a phone or in-store purchase to qualify for 5% cash back, you must make the purchase at one of the select list of eligible retailers provided in your Welcome Booklet or listed on the “Marketplace” page of the Starcrest VIP Rewards website. To get to the Marketplace section, log in to the StarcrestVIPRewards.com website, click "Shop" from the navigation menu, and click "Shop Marketplace " from the drop-down. You must submit a rebate form with a valid proof-of-purchase either online or through the mail.
For grocery purchases to qualify for 5% cash back, make your purchase at an eligible grocery retailer in the Marketplace. You can make your grocery purchase in-store or online through the Marketplace links. After your purchase, submit a rebate claim with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details. To view participating grocery retailers, visit the “Groceries & Household Supplies” category in the Marketplace and look for stores that are labeled with a “Rebate Required” tag.
To submit a claim online, please visit the “Rebates” page on StarcrestVIPRewards.com, select the type of rebate you would like to request, and fill out and submit the electronic rebate form.
To submit a claim through the mail, fill out and mail in the “Marketplace Rebate” form included in your Welcome Booklet, and unaltered proof-of-purchase documentation.

Marketplace claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. One purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 5% cash back. Any orders returned or cancelled are not eligible for 5% cash back. The 5% cash back is valid on merchandise only. To view a specific retailer’s restrictions, please visit that retailer’s brand page in the Marketplace. Additional restrictions may be imposed by each participating retailer.
As a Starcrest VIP Rewards member, you can claim return shipping rebates if you need to return a purchase you made with any of our Sister Brands or Marketplace retailers.
Your purchases are eligible for up to $10 in return shipping rebates. You are eligible for up to $500 in return shipping rebates every membership year, subject to the following terms and conditions:
To submit a return shipping rebate claim via regular mail, you must first complete a “Return Shipping Rebate” form and provide details of your purchase and shipping charge documentation.
To submit a return shipping rebate claim online, visit the “Rebates” page on StarcrestVIPRewards.com, select “Return Shipping” as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next to fill out the form, and follow the instructions.
Provide two forms of documentation with your rebate claim: a valid proof-of-purchase and a return shipping charge receipt (see below for documentation options).

Rebate claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date. You must be an active member on the date of the original order.
Only one return shipping rebate claim can be made per each original order. Starcrest VIP Rewards return shipping rebates are available only for purchases that are not covered by the specific retailer’s return shipping policy. If the retailer’s policy is to pay for return shipping on an item purchased by a Starcrest VIP Rewards member, that item is not eligible for a Starcrest VIP Rewards return shipping rebate.
Insurance coverage for return shipping of the item is not provided under the program.
